Topsector ICT hosts Digital Affairs Committee of the Dutch House of Representatives

Last week, Topsector ICT played host during a visit from the Digital Affairs Committee of the House of Representatives of the States General of the Netherlands, with Members of Parliament Jan Valize (PVV), Barbara Kathmann (GroenLinks-PvdA) and Jesse Six Dijkstra (NSC), GroenLinks-PvdA staffer Tijmen de Vries and the Digital Affairs Committee’s deputy secretary Steijn Muller.

The visit consisted of a programme of presentations and demonstrations to inform the guests about the most recent developments in key enabling technologies.

Topics included:

· Generative AI, experiences and lessons learned

· Data sharing, based on a use case of the Rotterdam police and municipal authorities

· Decentralised technology, using a series of Digital Product Passport use cases

· CyberSecurity, Quantum & Security

· AI Photo Booth (AI Bias visualised)

· Crime Scene Demo (reducing administrative work)

The visit was held at Capgemini’s offices in Utrecht.

The hosts on behalf of Topsector ICT were Frits Grotenhuis, Jeannine Peek, Inald Lagendijk and Jasper Renema.
